Hi there!  My name is Joanna Petersen and I am a Canadian self taught artist.  I create hand drawn pet portraits, based off of your best and favorite photos.

 

My art style parallels realism, while still maintaining the look and feel of a piece of artwork. I have evolved my style over the years to create pieces that have the unique feel of both boldness and softness.  I utilize a lot of white space, so my portraits are clean looking which is ideal for those wanting a realistic portrait with a modern touch.
